Volvo XC90 road test report review

IT’S not often a Norse god gets involved in the design of a new car but that’s what has happened at Volvo with the new XC90 SUV. Seldom has a car had such a commanding presence on the road and its striking looks are set off with daytime running lights in the shape of the hammer of Thor.

Vauxhall Corsa SRI VX-Line 1.3CDTi 95PS road test report review

THINK Vauxhall Corsa and most of us will think of a small town runabout, but I covered hundreds of miles in this Flame Red Vauxhall Corsa, and was highly impressed with it – not least because it’s the most economical car I have ever driven! This Vauxhall Corsa actually returned an amazing 71 miles per gallon and I was so pleased that I had to pull over and take a picture.

Citroen DS3 DStyle Plus PureTech 110 road test report and review

THE Citroen DS3 is an excellent little hatchback that looks good and is fun to drive, but the car itself is not the main focus of this roadtest, it’s what’s under the bonnet that is the main talking point. Some say that having only three cylinders can be a disadvantage due to the lack of bottom-end torque, but in this case, thanks to Citroen’s use of a slightly larger capacity engine, I would disagree.
