Mazda5 Venture offers even better value and equipment.

MAZDA has launched two enhanced versions of its popular Mazda5 Venture models – priced from £19,995 for the petrol variant and from £21,290 for the diesel.

The pair feature 17-inch bright finish alloy wheels, black mirror covers, black cloth trim with red stitching, chrome exhaust tailpipe trim and power-folding door mirrors and a choice of eight colours.

On the safety and convenience front, the Venture also now includes rear parking sensors and reversing camera, a tyre pressure monitoring system, an auto-dimming interior mirror and smart turn signal.

Standard kit is extensive anyway, boasting the likes of front fog lights, a sports front grille, side skirts, rear spoiler and privacy glass while inside there’s a piano black centre console and Sanyo TomTom navigation with 5.8-inch touch-screen display.

That’s in addition to integrated Bluetooth and iPod connectivity, plus climate control air-con, cruise control and a six-speaker audio system.

Engine choice comprises a 2.0-litre 150PS petrol engine for £19,995 or a 1.6-litre 115PS turbo-diesel costing £21,290 – both driving the front wheels via a six-speed manual transmission.

And depending on the model, fuel economy can be as high as 54.3mpg and CO2 emissions down at 138g/km.

Mazda sales chief Peter Allibon said “The enhanced 2013 Mazda5 Venture models feature a unique combination of advanced technology, sports styling, a premium interior and great added value.

“Their prices are unchanged despite the added specification – that’s sure to attract new customers to our showrooms.”
