Norman Hyde expands Triumph accessory range

This custom-styled rear carrier improves luggage capacity.

TRIUMPH specialist Norman Hyde has expanded his range of accessories for Triumph’s America and Speedmaster cruisers with British-crafted products designed to enhance both comfort and practicality on these capable big twins.
Popular in the 1960’s and 1970’s, king & queen seats provide more comfortable passenger provision than the relatively modest original equipment versions. Hand-crafted in the UK, the Norman Hyde seat fits directly onto the original mounting points and there is an option to have gel pads fitted inside for either driver or pillion (or both). Prices start at £322.80 including VAT.
Carrying capacity is very limited on these stripped-down cruisers so Hyde and his team in Warwick designed a custom-styled rear carrier.  This versatile chrome rack can be fitted with an adapter plate to accept a Givi top cases or combined with a choice of low or high sissy bars.  The rear carrier sells for £114 (including VAT) and the sissy bars cost £84 and £90 respectively.
Weighing in at 250kg, lifting either the America or Speedmaster onto a centre stand can be challenging.  Norman Hyde’s strong and stylish, chrome plated lifting handle attaches to points on the rear sub-frame and sells for £28.80 inc VAT.
